The case of the missing pants

June 25, 2007 at 6:42 pm (Uncategorized)

I don’t know why but this story bothered me from the onset. Finally, justice has been served and another IDIOT bites the dust.

As my sister, and others will point out, there are bigger things going on in life to worry about. But you always have your few fucktards that hang around and cause more chaos.

What a complete waste of everybody’s time.
Not to mention our tax dollars.

You’d think the plaintiff, being a judge, would have a greater respect for the judicial process than wasting it on frivilous lawsuits. He should be disbarred.

In our system of government, there are supposedly checks and balances on all branchs of government. I have yet to see the one for the judicial branch. There have been so many dingbat judges over the years, it boggles the mind. In some states, they are elected and can be recalled or run out of office. In others, however, they are appointed for life and can only be removed if they commit a felony. This often leads to abuses such as this fucktard who couldn’t buy an ass fuck from a crack whore.

How in the world did this case ever make it through to trial in the first place?

Talk about a frivolous lawsuit–hey, you ruined my pants, so I’m suing you for $54 million and thereby will attempt to ruin your business and your lives. What’s the problem?

    Greed is an ugly thing.

I would have been shocked if that judge won.
