I’m disgusted!
I know bad stuff happens everywhere but it seems that certain situations happen in the Philly area, alot. I will never understand how a person can hit a human being, with their car, and then drive away. (click for story) Leave the person for dead. What happens if no one was around or heard the commotion? You just possibly killed a person and you don’t care.
I assumed that the people in my town had more integrity. It’s like Mayberry around here, for Christ sake. You would think that people have a conscience and couldn’t live with themselves but obviously they can.
I hope the police find this person and throw the book at them.
